TACO Compact CPL Unit

For the good method of the approval for atmospheric condition in working shops, we can offer TACO MQL Semi-Dry system for cutter.
Also, we can offer TACO CPL Unit for lubrication of high-speed bearings.
We introduce TACO New products, TACO Compact CPL UNIT Series,that can be used multi-point lubrication respectively.

Can unify as one kind lubrication unit for MQL Semi-dry lubricator and Bearing lubricator.
Compact design Can install as far as near the cutting and lubrication point .
Can lubricate properly according to each application.

1. Can adjust pressure and air flow respectively.
2. Can supply different oil by installing oil pump separately.
3. Smaller oil particles and smaller oil consumption.

Internal Construction

MQL(Lubrication for cutter) and CPL Unit(Lubrication for bearings and etc.) is the Oil Mist Lubrication Unit, that generates Oil mists by using compressed air, and gives this generated oil mist with air to the lubrication points after transferred to the application points.

Only small oil particles generated under 2-microns can be output, and bigger oil particles bigger than 2-microns returns to oil tank again.

This returned oil will be again generated as oil mist, and finally all oils may be delivered to out port.

For instance, higher air pressure and more oil mist for MQL Semi-dry lubrication for cutter, the lower air pressure and smaller oil mist for CPL Lubrication for Bearings.
