| MAIN AIR LINE LUBRICATION UNIT. |
TACO, Centralized lubrication unit for main air line
networks, Total-Lub lubrication unit operates by converting liquid
lubricant into micron particle oil mist which, when introduced into
the main air line network, vaporizes into an oil micron-fog.
The oil micron-fog permits lubrication of any pneumatically-driven
components and equipment that the main air line network is serving,
such as valves, cylinders, hand-tool turbines, etc.
The main advantage of Total-Lub is, therefore, not only its ability
to serve the entire air line network with lubricant, but to do so
utilizing the minimum amount of oil.

 |
THREE MAJOR ADVANTAGES OF MICRON-LUB |
| 1. |
SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS ON AIR LINE NETWORK
AND MAINTENANCE COSTS. |
|
Where TACO Total-Lub is installed, this eliminates the need for
individual gravity-fed Lubricators, hence simplifying the air liana
network and making it more cost-effective.
Oil replenishment and maintenance of the system is centralized at
one point only.
|
| 2. |
RELIABLE LUBRICATION. |
| |
The oil fog is dissipated as a constant vapour throughout the
air line network, permitting lubrication of any pneumatic device
linked to the network.
|
| 3. |
EFFICIENT OIL SUPPLY SYSTEM. |
| |
Apart from the considerable saving in oil consumption, Total-Lub
eliminates completely any contamination from oil leaks, resulting
in an improved working environment.
A thin film of oil deposited by the micron-fog on the inner surfaces
of the air line network prevents rust formation, thereby eliminating
any damage to pneumatic tools caused by rust particles. |
